Who can use the Crown St Mall Amphitheatre Stage?
The Crown St Mall Amphitheatre Stage is available to be used by community groups, not for profit organisations, sporting teams, performing arts groups and Wollongong City Centre businesses for special events or promotions with the approval of City Centre and Crown St Mall Management. Commercial businesses must lease a premises within the Wollongong City Centre Levy boundary.
What can the Crown St Mall Amphitheatre Stage be used for?
Uses include media launches, celebrity appearances and autograph signings, festivals, official openings, fashion parades, children's entertainment, dance, drama & musical performances. Please note that noise restrictions do apply.
What facilities are available at the Crown St Mall Amphitheatre stage?
The Amphitheatre stage includes a backstage area with water cooler, toilet and mirror. A lecturn and a limited number of trestle tables and chairs are also available. Sound equipment includes a CD player, cassette tape player, mixer, microphones and microphone stands.
What does it cost to book the Crown St Mall Amphitheatre Stage?
There is no fee to book the Crown St Mall Amphitheatre stage. A sound operator and use of Crown St Mall's sound equipment will be provided at no cost.
How do I request booking the Crown St Mall Amphitheatre Stage?
Requests to book the Amphitheatre stage must be made in writing at least three working days before the requested date. Bookings are subject to availability so it is recommended that you apply early to avoid disappointment.

Please phone City Centre & Crown St Mall Security on 0418 425 154 during retail hours to access the Crown St Mall Amphitheatre.
How do I request installing a banner on the Crown St Mall Amphitheatre stage?
Banner bookings may be made in weekly intervals commencing on Mondays. Requests to install a banner must be made in writing at least 14 days before the requested start date. Banner bookings are subject to limited availability so it is recommended that you apply early to avoid disappointment. Banners must be delivered to the City Centre & Crown St Mall Management office no later than 12 noon on the Friday before the booking is due to commence. Requests to book a banner can be made by:
